Bronco is king in nasty weather!

Well. it's been cold, snowy, icy, and all around nasty weather this past couple weeks here in the "great northwest".
Luckily the Bronco came through with shining stars!

I was pulling people out of snow banks last night because the roads became coated in 1/2" plus of ice from sleet storm, and I was apparently the only one prepared enough with chains on the tires and more. Plus the large tires and great 4 wheel drive performed magnificently. Ended up with free pizza because I pulled the pizza delivery guy out. We live on a mountain side plateau in Spokane, with a gorgeous view to the north, but the roads are steep, so ice is nasty.

Today I drove over a pile of snow after the snow plows finally came, couldn't believe how easily (without chains) the bronco drove right over this 6'+ high pile of snow.:
