10th Year of Marriage Anniversary

Well, as of yesterday, Karina and I just had a mellow night of it. Some Chinese food take home, and we watched some dvds.
We're hoping to actually "celebrate" it in a few weeks. Things were just too hectic with Drake flooding the basement and all for us to arrange a babysitter and the basement is still in shambles. But we had a pleasant enough time initially.
We watched "National Treasure", a light-hearted "fluff" semi-action movie movie that was very loosely historical (with emphasis on LOOSE), and had a nice moderate tongue and cheek humourous attitude that made it more enjoyable than I thought it would be.
Then we watched "White Noise", that was ok, but it bothered me, bringing back some unpleasant memories and experiences in my past. Also I didn't like how it didn't really explain the motivation behind some of the things happening. It seems like they were trying to set it up for either a sequel or a series. If not, then they really left it with too many loose ends. It was pretty okay other than that. ;-)
