Summer of camps and travel. Maybe a little overload.
I didn't intend it, but this Summer ended up far too busy for the kids (and I).
Next year I'll have it reigned in. It strted out with just 2 things each for them. 1 sport camp through NBC Camps:
William - Football speed training in Aurora
Brennan - Basketball at Whitworth
Drake - Soccer at Spangl
... And Camp Reed...
But then other things were "must go" opportunities that presented after the others were already booked
Kauai
Christen family reunion at Bear Lake, UT
Kids visiting their grandparents in Boise, ID
... and of course there was MerpCon ....
... And twice weekly Spanish and Mathnasium...
... and Cello lessons, piano lessons, etc. ....
We still haven't had out canoing trip for the summer either!
And the treehouse still isn't started!
And the front yard is only partially dug up....
Ah well, live and learn right?
